Coach Billy Smith

Hey Guys, I'm Billy, 30yrs old, my personal journey has hugely influenced my passion to be a coach. In light of both my personal and professional experience I recognise that making changes to the relationship we have with food can be a daunting mission, since eating is an essential part of everyday life. However, it is my aim to work sensitively and collaboratively with you to empower and equip you in achieving your goals no matter how difficult you initially believe them to be.

I love to help people to tap into themselves and unleash their power, accomplishing goals they never thought they could.

As a health and fitness coach I love to blend both physical wellbeing and mental wellbeing through a holistic approach, my experience as a psychologist gives me a deeper understanding of the mental and emotional blockages that are holding you back from your innate greatness and my knowledge within the world of fitness and nutrition provide me with the tool kit to help you re align to your true self.

I Have over 3 years of coaching experience working with clients losing weight, build strength, develop their self-esteem and transform the way they relate to food and diet culture, I also have experience working with clients with eating disorders.

Amber is a Certified Nutritionist, Holistic Health Practitioner and fitness professional with 16 years of experience helping clients achieve optimum health. Her passion and purpose is to assist clients feel and look their absolute best through orthomolecular nutrition and science based customized fitness programs. With an advanced specialization in neurotransmitter, hormone balancing and nutrition analysis, Amber’s science backed approach has been helping clients get healthy and fit from the inside out.

I’m Esin, I believe that holistic health is the cornerstone of our wellbeing. As I started my journey inward, I saw so many things that I believed could benefit the people in our world today.

Do you feel disconnected? Tired? Restless? Anxious? These are all symptoms I used to experience. I’ll show you how to connect all parts of the body for the BEST results! I have been doing online training for over 4 years and have had over 3000 clients with major success!

So much of transforming the body is also transforming the mind. And I feel very passionate about that. With that being said, I understand there can be a lot of feelings popping up; excitement, nervousness, stress, etc. I will be here to coach you through the process and we will use all of those emotions to get the results you are looking for! My goal for you is to make healthy living an EASY part of your life. To take the “stress” out of it and FINALLY feel and see results, without feeling restricted. I don’t want you to see this as another diet and exercise plan, rather, I want this to be your new lifestyle. I know you can do it!

Coach Patricia Khoury

Patricia, holds a B.S. in Sociology and an M.S. in Nutrition Sciences from UC Berkeley and has over 35 years health, nutrition and coaching experience with specialties in Hormonal and Auto-Immune Disorders, Pre/Post Rehabilitation from Injury and illness, Athletic Conditioning and Contest Prep (BodyBuilding, Figure, Physique and Bikini)

Patricia, who is a current physique competitor, has been involved in fitness her entire life, having grown up with her father, a competitive bodybuilder and semi-pro baseball player. She learned early on in her years about the benefits of regular exercise and healthy nutrition habits.

Patricia, who is 60 years of age, has had her own life challenges with weight gain, injuries , and auto immune disorders but with her “NO EXCUSES” mentality, she has proven to be unstoppable when it comes to her health and fitness goals in life!

Patricia believes in providing a very easy to follow training and nutrition program, without the deprivation or frustration!! Expect amazing long-term consistent results, mentally and physically!

Hi I’m coach Lauren

With 6 years of experience as a holistic nutritionist, I specialize in guiding menopausal women through their weight loss journeys and helping them transform life's challenges into opportunities.

Having personally navigated nearly a decade of perimenopausal experiences due to an early surgery, I understand the unique hurdles this phase of life can present.

My approach is grounded in empathy, warmth, and a sprinkle of humor, ensuring my clients feel supported and understood every step of the way.

Together, we'll turn obstacles into stepping stones, all while sharing a laugh and moving towards your health goals.

Coach Jill Davies

After I struggled with my own weight after having my four sons and gaining nearly 70 pounds from stress and hormones, I fell in love with the fitness industry and quit my job to focus on helping others.

I went to school at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become a Certified Holistic Health Coach specializing in hormones and women’s wellness. I also went on to become a Certified Personal Trainer and get my Nutrition Certification through the International Sports Sciences Association.

After my own journey, I can relate and know how much weight can affect someone mentally as well as physically. I believe every person’s journey is unique and becoming healthy is more important than becoming “skinny.” Wherever you are on your own path in fitness, I am here to help you find your way!

I want this to be a lifestyle change for you and not just another “quick fix” that stresses you out. I want to help you gain the knowledge to lead you to a consistent, low stress and simple way to live that becomes second nature and fun! I believe in leading by example as I have seen my own children change their habits by watching me on my personal journey.
